Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Service" means BugSnap-AI, the autonomous QA agent product and all related tools, dashboards, and APIs.
• "Application" means any website, web application, environment, or system you connect to the Service for testing.
• "Customer Data" means data you submit to the Service, including Application URLs, credentials, configuration, and any data the Service observes or captures while testing an Application (screenshots, browser traces, logs).
• "Findings" means the reports, defect descriptions, and reproduction evidence the Service generates from testing an Application.
• "QA Credits" (or "credits") means the usage units described in §8 that meter consumption of the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using BugSnap-AI, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. The Service

BugSnap-AI is an autonomous software quality assurance service that may navigate, interact with, submit data to, and otherwise exercise Applications and environments you designate. Depending on your configuration, testing may create, modify, or delete test data, or trigger Application workflows (e.g. sending requests, submitting forms, or invoking side-effecting actions) within the scope you configure. It is a testing tool, not a guarantee that your Application is defect-free.

4. Authorization to test

You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have explicit authorization to test every Application, environment, domain, account, API, dataset, and other system you connect to BugSnap-AI. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authorization and legal right to test the systems you connect to the Service.

If your authorization expires, is revoked, or becomes disputed, you must immediately stop or disable any test connected to the affected Application.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, contracts, licenses, and third-party terms.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to Customer Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.

We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit authorization.

6. AI & third-party services

BugSnap-AI uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers (currently OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Groq) to operate the Service. Customer Data may be processed by such providers only as necessary to provide the requested functionality, and subject to applicable contractual and security controls — see our Privacy Policy for the current list.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services the Service depends on.

7. Findings

You may use, reproduce, modify, export, and distribute Findings generated for your account for your internal and commercial purposes.

BugSnap-AI does not guarantee that any Finding is accurate, complete, reproducible, or suitable for any particular purpose. Findings are advisory output, not a certification.

8. Credits & billing

QA Credits are usage units for the Service and have no cash value. Credits are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Credits are consumed based on actual usage; credits for an in-progress run may be temporarily reserved and released back according to the Service's own metering rules. Subscription credits reset each billing period per your plan; promotional credits may carry their own expiry. Additional credits or overage usage require your prior authorization at your plan's rate. Fraudulent manipulation of credit balances or metering is prohibited and grounds for suspension (§13).

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. LemonSqueezy.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through BugSnap-AI — LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT collection and remittance, and related billing customer service. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings — your plan remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for.

9. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of billing errors or material Service failures. Because LemonSqueezy is the Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy may also independently issue refunds or handle chargebacks in certain circumstances under its own policies.

10. Acceptable use

• Don't use BugSnap-AI to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Don't attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or the concurrency/safety controls built into the Service.
• Don't resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. BugSnap-AI does not guarantee that testing will identify all defects, vulnerabilities, security issues, performance problems, or other issues in an Application.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages resulting from actions the Service takes against an Application you authorized it to test. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BugSnap-AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising from your unauthorized testing, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the Service.

14. Suspension & termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your access for: unauthorized testing, malicious use, attempts to bypass network/SSRF safety controls, credential abuse, credit-system manipulation, payment fraud, security attacks, violation of law, threats to BugSnap-AI or other customers, or excessive abuse of shared infrastructure.

You may close your account at any time.

15. Data retention & deletion

We retain Customer Data, Findings, evidence, logs, and other Service data for the periods described in our Privacy Policy or your plan's finding-history window. Upon account termination, Customer Data is deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy, subject to backups, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and security requirements.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is specified in a signed enterprise agreement with you. 17. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
