Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't pro-rate a refund for unused time in the current period.
Billing errors & service failures
If you were charged in error, or a material failure of the Service prevented you from using what you paid for, contact us and we'll review it. We may issue a full or partial refund, or account credit, at our discretion.
QA Credits
QA Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, including unused credits remaining at the end of a billing period or at cancellation.
LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record
LemonSqueezy.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through BugSnap-AI and handles the actual payment processing. LemonSqueezy reserves the ability to independently issue refunds or handle chargebacks under its own policies, separately from this page.
